ROSTER FORMS
All teams must submit a completed Roster form before they play.
WAIVER FORMS
ALL players must complete and submit a signed waiver before they play.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
INDOOR: Indoor Stick, shinguards, mouthguards, indoor shoes (no cleats or black soles), and goalkeeper equipment as approved by the FIH and USA Field Hockey.
OUTDOOR: Shinguards, mouthguards, turf shoes and goalkeeper equipment as approved by the FIH and USA Field Hockey.
Teams must have dark and light colored jerseys
COSTS
INDOOR: $360 per team, includes umpire fees.
OUTDOOR: $350 per team, includes umpire fees.
Full payment is required to secure your place in each tournament.
